Speed Development Program
The Sport Training Camp is a 4-8-12 Week Program, with 2 or (unlimited) sessions per week program focused on your goals and sport. Program focus is on Top End Speed, Increasing Stride Frequency, Stride Length & Stride Strength through Auditory & Visual Learning. Program includes combination of Dynamic Flexibility, Super Treadmill Speed Work, Hip Girdle Strengthening & PNF Stretching.
