Plyometric & Agility Development Program
The Sport Training Camp is a 4-8-12 Week Program with, 2 or (unlimited) sessions per week program focused on your goals and sport. Program focus is on Vertical Jump Increase, Multi-Directional Quickness, First Step Quickness, Lower Body & Core Strength. Program includes lower extremity explosive weight training, plyometric jump training & sport specific functional training.
