How they work

The Nike Vapor Strobes “blink” like a strobe light to reduce the amount of visual information available to the athlete. By reducing visual information used to make decisions about how, when, and where to react, the Vapor Strobes force the athlete to become more effective in processing visual information. So when they take the Vapor Strobes off, the game effectively slows down.
