<p>Ryan has a B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa. He offers a wealth of personal experience as a former All-Conference and Don Hansen&#8217;s National Football Gazette&#8217;s All-American. His sports experience adds incredible value to his athletes. While at the University of Northern Iowa, Ryan worked under the 1999 NSCA Strength Coach of the Year, Jim Kramer, who served as the Coordinator of Strength and Conditioning for Olympic Athletes at the USOTC in Colorado Springs, CO before landing the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach position at North Dakota State.</p>
<p>In addition to Ryan&#8217;s duties as the Program Director at Acceleration, he is in his 3rd year as an assistant football coach at Pleasant Valley High School. On top of that he helps coordinate strength programs for all sports within the school. He also served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Augustana Vikings Volleyball Program.</p>
<p>Through some of his responsibilities with Acceleration, Ryan has trained the &#8220;Ruthless&#8221; Robbie Lawler; Strike Force, Jason Pierce; MMA, Brandon Adamson; MMA and the 2009 AFL 2 Olympic Steel Man of the Year, Jesse Schmidt.</p>
<p>Ryan Holds numerous certifications, including:</p>

<li>Athletic Republic<sup>®</sup> Administration (2006)</li>
<li>Sports Performance Coach, USA Weighlifting (2007)</li>

<li>USA Level 1 Track &amp; Field Coach (2010)</li>
</ul>
<p>Ryan also served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Quad City Steamwheelers, Quad City Mallards and the Junior Flame.</p>

<p>Matt has his B.A. from Western Illinois University in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing his CSCS and several other certifications to further his knowledge and training ability.</p>

In addition, he has also obtained a Certification of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine from the American Board of Orthopaedic surgery.</p>
<p>His specialization allows Dr. Hoffman to offer his patients the latest surgical techniques to get them back in the game and to life more quickly.</p>
<p>Dr. Hoffman also performs over six hundred total joint procedures a year and is the only surgeon between the Quad Cities and Omaha to successfully perform total joint replacement procedures in an outpatient setting.</p>
<p>Dr. Hoffman is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a degree in medicine from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He served his internship and residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Dr. Hoffman also completed a fellowship in sports medicine at the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada.</p>
